Proverbs 26:11 uses shocking imagery to show how disgusting it is to go back to old sins or bad habits.  Just as a sick dog goes back to what it threw up, a foolish person goes back to the bad choices that already hurt them.  Wise people learn from their pain and stop doing what causes harm.  Foolish people fail to learn.  This verse describes the shame of turning away from a bad habit, only to run right back to it later.  It highlights a stubborn habit of making the same destructive mistakes over and over.  Ture change means leaving the past mistake behind instead of sliding back into old patterns. As you continue to deal with people in this life, remember genuine mistakes deserve race, repeated patterns deserve space.  Discernment is vital! God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Colossians 2:6-7 teaches believers to continue living their daily lives in union with Jesus Christ just as they first accepted HIM.  Using metaphors of a growing tree and a steady building, the passage instructs Christians to stay deeply rooted, built up, and strengthened in their faith, always overflowing with thankfulness.  We must drive our spiritual roots down deep into Christ to draw permanent nourishment and stability, much like a tree.  Allow your character in life to be constructed upward on HIS sold foundation, growing mature in your faith, you were taught.  Grow firm reliable, and secure in what you believe so you are not easily misled by false ideas or deceptive teachings. Remember, a farmer doesn't dig up the seeds to check growth.  Keep going and keep growing. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

2 Corinthians 5:17 states that a person united with Christ experiences profound spiritual renewal and a transformed identity.  We are joining Jesus through faith and are complete inwardly through and receive a spiritual change.  Past sins, guilt, and old ways of living lose their power.  A fresh start and a new life are directed by God.  It is great for you to read the Bible, but it's better to see you in the Bible that you read.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Hebrews 13:5 and Deuteronomy 31:8 reminds us that God will never abandon you or forsake you.  He will never leave you, serving as a close father, defender, and constant presence who offers ultimate worth and security when human relationships fail. Biblical examples show that even Jesus experienced followers leaving when things got difficult (John 6:66), and he did not chase them down.  Scripture encourages peace and acceptance when people choose to walk away, recognizing that their part in your specific story may have reached its end. Sometimes the people that you wanted to be a story in your life, were meant to only be a chapter.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Luke 21:34 warns that the anxieties and worries of a daily life can weigh down your heart and dull your mind.  The author compares this heavy burden to being trapped, explaining that if you focus too much on worldly cares, spiritual surprise and judgement will catch you off guard. Being consumed by worry makes you spiritually sleepy and unprepared.  Jesus says in an unfocused life leaves you vulnerable, as the end times will arrive unexpectedly like a trap snapping shut.  Guard your heart against letting daily stress crowd out your faith.  Stay alert pray for the stength to stand firm through hard times. In many cases it's not that you need MORE TIME, you need FEWER DISTRACTIONS.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN  MINUTE!
