Proverbs 27:9 reminds us that in ancient times, fine oils, perfumes, and burning incense were luxuries that refreshed the senses, honored guests, and brought physical and emotional comfort.  Just as pleasant fragrances lift the human spirit, the sincere and honest counsel of a trusted friend refreshes the inner soul.  True friends do more than offer company; they provide wise, caring guidance that helps navigate life's challenges.  Real friendship is reciprocal and benefits both parties.  If the only time you feel valued is when you are helpful, available or agreeable then you are not being loved as a friend, you are being used.  But I'll remind you, there is a friend that sticks closer than a brother, Jesus Christ.  There's not a friend like the lowly Jesus, no not one, no not one.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!​​​​​​

Hebrews 4:16 means that believers can pray to God with freedom and confidence because Jesus Christ understands human weakness and acts as a sympathetic High Priest.  This verse represents God's presence. Instead of a terrifying place of final judgement, it is a place filled with kindness, forgiveness, and unearned favor.  Believers do not need to hide or feel extreme fear.  Because Jesus paid the price for sin, people have open access This confidence is based on Jesus's perfection, not human goodness.  This means receiving forgiveness for past failures and sins instead of the punishment people deserve.  We can receive daily strength, patience, and power from God to face hard trials, sadness, or temptations. Remember that when there is no shoulder to lean on, there is a floor that you can kneel and pray on. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

1 Corinthians 15: 33 is a verse that instructs believers to pray for wisdom, discernment, and strength to choose Godly relationships.  We must ask God to help us to spot toxic or ungodly influences.  It is imperative in our lives to have friends and mentors who strengthen our faith.  We must guard our hearts, minds, and character from negative peer pressure or bad habits.  Anyone that's going to take us away from God, is someone that we need to extricate from our lives.  Just because we have invested a lot of time in someone or something doesn't mean we need to invest in someone or something forever.  It is imperative to know the ending.  Watch your company and who you are spending time with because they can influence you to be someone that you are not destined to be.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

John 23:34-35 teaches us that believers must love one another with the same sacrificial, unconditional love that Jesus showed, and that this radical love serves as the ultimate proof to the world that we are his followers.  Jesus calls this a new commandment, not because loving one another was completely unheard of, but because the measure and examples are new.  We are to love as HE loved.  HIS love was self-giving, forgiving and willing to lay down HIS life.  Jesus says that our love for each other is the primary badge or identifier.  Miracles, speeches, or theological knowledge do not prove discipleship the way genuine, active love does.  When believers love past their difference, forgive the undeserving, and care for the hurting, the watching world sees a reflection of Jesus in real time.  Remember that when you see someone at church or abroad that you haven't seen in a while, your job is not to interview them, but to love them like God describes. Proverbs 12:1 teaches us that humility and a willingness to accept correction are essential for personal growth and gaining wisdom.  True learning requires rules, correction, and training.  If you want to grow smart or better at anything, you must welcome the process of being trained.  Accepting criticism or correction shows that you are humble.  It means you admit you do not know everything and are willing to learn from others. Rejection feedback, getting angry when corrected, or refusing to admit mistakes block your ability to mature and leads to foolish choices. Maybe the life that God has ordained on the inside of you is connected to a correction that you're not willing to make.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!
