Matthew 5:14-16 reminds us as believers to carry God's truth and love, and that we must live openly to show God's goodness to others rather than hiding our faith. A town built high up is visible from far away. A Christian's life should stand out clearly in a dark world. Nobody lights a lamp and covers it up. Faith is meant to be active and seen, not kept a secret. As believers do good things so that people notice. The goal is not to get praise for ourselves, but to make others praise God. A lit candle doesn't fight the dark, it just keeps burning and the darkness leaves n its own. God bless you and this has been a MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Isaiah 43:1 is a powerful message of comfort and divine ownership. Originally spoken to the ancient nation of Israel during times of deep fear and exile, it reassures believers that God knows them intimately, has saved them, and claims them as HIS own. God reminds HIS people that HE made them, establishing a foundational relationship and care for their lives. THe word redeemed means to buy back or set free from bondage. Spiritually, it signifies rescue from sin and fear. This shows a deeply personal, instrumental relationship. God does not view people as nameless faces; HE knows each individual completely. The phrase you are mine anchors ultimate security and identity in God rather than an unstable worldly circumstances. Remember the enemy knows your name but calls you by your mistakes. On the other hand, God knows your mistakes but calls you by name. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Proverbs 16:32 means that mastering your own emotions and practicing self-control is far greater and more difficult achievement than winning a military battle or conquering a city. Physical power and external dominance are impressive, but controlling your temper requires a deeper, rarer kind of courage. Fighting an enemy outside yourself is easier than managing the pride, passion, and anger inside your own heart. Being slow to anger gives you the space to think clearly instead of reacting with rash, harmful words or actions. Each of us has to deal with our emotions, but let your emotions be a visitor not a ruler. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Philippians 4:8 is a call for the believers to control your thoughts. The Apostle Paul tells us to focus our minds on things that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy. This verse acts as a mental filter to replace anxiety and negative thinking with God's peace. Paul uses a work that means to dwell on or calculate. Thinking this way is an intentional, daily choice, not an accident. You cannot stop every bad thought from appearing, but you can choose which thoughts get to stay and grow. Right thinking leads to right living. By focusing on GOOD and HOLY things, your mind lines up with God's peace. Our minds have always been our prison. Our thoughts are the bars and our fears are the guards. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Psalm 103:2-3 is a call to remember and praise God for HIS active goodness. It says to bless the Lord and not forget HIS benefits, specifically that HE forgives sins and heals diseases. The writer talks to his own soul. Praise is a choice to engage their mind and heart actively. Forgetting God's past help leads to a cold or ungrateful heart. Remembering keeps faith strong. God cares about physical pain and body health. Some people are not bound by truth, but by wounds, lies, and blindness by the things that they have repeated for so long. God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!
