Proverbs 16:32 tells us that mastering your own emotions and temper shows greater strength than winning a military battle or conquering a city.  Physica strength and the ability to defeat others are impressive but self-control is much harder to achieve and more valuable.  Conquering an external enemy requires a temporary burst of force, but ruling your own Spirit requires a daily, lifelong victory over your inner impulses, pride, and anger.  Being slow to anger does not mean you never feel frustrated; it means you pause, then clearly refuse to let anger control your actions or hur others.  We need to stop allowing your moods to destroy your own moments, because the enemy wants to destroy your moments with your moods.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Proverbs 12:25 means that worry and anxiety place a heavy emotional burden on a person but an encouraging, kind word has the power to lift that weight and restore joy.  The first half of the verse notes that fear, stress, and worry act like a heavy physical weight.  They cause the heart to stoop or bow down under pressure, leading to discouragement or depression.  The second half of the verse highlights human connection and compassion.  A timely, kind, or wise word acts as a remedy, bringing relief, hope, and gladness to someone who is struggling.  This verse also encourages people to use their words constructively. Offering support to someone who feels overwhelmed can change their emotional state and bring healing.  Many times, in life it's not that we are struggling to trust God, it's that we're struggling to overanalyze everything.  Let's stop trying to figure it out because we have seen the effects that worry and anxiety have on our lives.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Psalm 16:11 reminds us to seek God's Daily guidance instead of relying on your own plans, and by spending intentional quiet time in His presence to define deep, lasting joy.  Stop trying to figure out every single step or chasing temporary fixes for happiness, like material things are unhealthy habits.  You should pray each morning and ask God to show you the right steps on your path rather than forcing our own agenda.  Make time to read the Bible, pray and sit quietly so you can experience fellowship with God.  Remember that true Joy does not depend on having an easy life; it comes from knowing God is with you through every trial.  So shift your focus away from temporary pleasures that fade quickly and rest in the promise that God offers a secure and meaningful life now, plus eternal joy in the future.  One of the greatest tragedies is if the person you became meets the person you could have become when you die.  Live your life to the fullest:  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Proverbs 29:18 means that a society without God's Divine instructions falls into moral chaos, while people who obey God's law finds you happiness. The word for vision in Herew is chazon - which is a direct message, dream or Revelation from God, not a human goal or a business plan.  This verse applies by letting us know that our personal life without spiritual direction leads to chaos, while living by moral principles brings true happiness.  Read the Bible and pray to find a clear sense of purpose instead of actively acting on impulse. Without these values and spiritual guardrails, it is easy to slip into bad habits, broken relationships, and inner turmoil.  True Joy does not come from doig whatever you want.  It comes from walking in disciplined obedience to what God tells us is right.  One of the greatest tragedies in life isn't seeing that something is there but seeing something that is there incorrectly.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Psalm 139:13-14 Means that God personally and intentionally designs every human life from the very beginning in the womb. God creates our inner self and body with the care and skill of a master weaver.  This means being created with profound reverence, awe, and respect for God's power, not out of terror.  The Hebrew root means to be set apart, unique, and distinct, showing that no person is common or accidental.  Every person has deep value because God made them with a specific purpose.  Recognizing God's intimate and in our creation leads to a response of worship and thankfulness.  Just because other people will try to minimize you, doesn't mean that heaven has.  You are valuable, so believe that and live like that.
