Matthew 7:12 is considered by many to be the Golden Rule. We need to take the initiative to treat others with the same kindness, respect, and Grace that you hope to receive. Stop and ask yourself, how would I want to be treated in this exact moment, before responding to stress or frustration.  Do not wait for others to be kind or polite first; choose to show Grace and take the initiative. Look people in the eye, let them finish speaking without interruption, and try to see situations from their point of view.  Choose gentle words to lower attention instead of fighting back or returning harshness with spite.  So many people are OFFENDED by others actions while never being CONVICTED by their own actions.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Psalm 37:4 reminds us about making God your primary source of joy and letting HIM shape your personal goals.  We all need to spend intentional time and prayer, worship and reading the Bible to build a close relationship with HIM.  Focus on who God is rather than treating HIM like a vending machine for things you want.  As you grow closer to God, HE naturally aligns your personal dreams and wishes with HIS good purpose.  Before prying for a specific thing, check your heart to see if you want God more than the blessing you are asking for.  Imagine going to McDonald's and asking for a steak medium well.  It's not that thy don't like you or want to serve you, but they don't have the capacity and you are in the wrong place.  So today, whatever you want or need make sure that we go to the right place.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!​

1 Peter 5:10 is a promise that God will use temporary earthly struggles to strengthen, heal and ultimately bring believers into eternal Glory.  Peter notes that Hardship is real but describes it as lasting only for a little while compared to eternity.  God is presented as the source of unearned favor and infinite help, ready to assist when burdens feel too heavy. These are four promises that God gives us in this passage: Restore: mending or fixing what is broken, much like mending a torn fishing net.  Confirm: rooting believers so they do not drift or fall away.  Strengthen: giving inner power to endure daily hardships.  Establish (settle): placing on the secure unshakable foundation.  Learning through adversity is important in life even when pain is the teacher.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

John 16:33 is a promise from God that believers will face inevitable hardship in life but can find lasting peace and courage because HE has conquered the world.  Jesus explains that true, inner calm does not come from having an easy life or favorable outward circumstance.  It comes from a personal connection to HIM.  HE warns HIS followers that suffering, trials and persecution are guaranteed parts of living in a broken world.  This phrase means to be courageous, cheer up, or not give in to despair. Jesus speaks of HIS impending CRUCIFISION and RESURRECTION as a finished victory.  Because HE defeats sin and death, earthly troubles do not have the final say.  The good times can comfort you, but difficult times will define you.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!

Jeremiah 17:5 Reminds us they're relying on human strength instead of God leads to spiritual emptiness and ruin.  Flesh means weak, mortal human beings. Trusting in people or human power more than God leads people away from the Lord.  The person that doesn't trust God is compared to a dry bush in a salty desert they miss out on good things and leads to spiritual drought.  There are two ways to live: either by trusting humans or being blessed by trusting God.  This verse does not mean you cannot trust people at all.  It means you should not put your ultimate hope and security in mortal humans instead of God. Be careful, your hype man can also be your pallbearer.  Don't believe this hype! Stay humble and trust the Lord with your life.  God bless you and this has been your MANNA IN A MINUTE!
